Nadia became a valued member of our team in February 2018, and throughout her tenure, she has consistently demonstrated her ability to handle increased responsibilities. Currently, she serves as the dedicated leader of our second office located in Castle Rock. With a career spanning back to 2013, Nadia has accumulated extensive experience working with State Farm. She holds licenses in both Colorado and Arizona, specializing in auto, home, life, and health insurance. Moreover, as a native Spanish speaker, she is well-equipped to cater to the needs of our Hispanic customers.

In her role as Office Manager, Nadia plays a pivotal role in welcoming and supporting new customers as they join our agency. Additionally, she provides valuable assistance to our existing customers by facilitating policy reviews. Nadia takes great pride in assisting military customers during their transitions to Colorado, recognizing the significance of this unique circumstance. Having been a resident of Colorado since 1994, she has developed a deep appreciation for the state's natural beauty and enjoys engaging in outdoor activities, exercise, and travel. Furthermore, Nadia proudly serves our country as part of the Air Force reserves, embodying her commitment to the welfare of our nation.

Since joining our office in September 2018, Erica has become an invaluable asset to our team. With extensive experience in the insurance industry, Erica effortlessly navigates its intricacies. She takes pride in assisting customers in finding insurance options that perfectly suit their needs. Fluent in Spanish, she effectively communicates with a diverse range of customers, educating them about the practical implications of their chosen coverages. Erica's dedication to our military community is personal, as she proudly supports her two children serving in the military. Alongside her husband Jorge, Erica is a devoted mother to four more children. Outside of work, Erica enjoys cooking and exploring the beauty of Colorado with her family. Erica's genuine commitment to exceptional service and passion for helping customers make informed insurance decisions make her an invaluable member of our team.

Justin joined my team in April 2022 and has been with State Farm for two years. He is passionate about educating customers and providing them with a great experience. Justin specializes in new business acquisition and customized options made for your situation, particularly for those moving to Colorado. He resides in Peyton and loves the outdoors. As a professional fly fishing guide, he enjoys catching trout, camping with his dog and fiancé, and hiking. Justin comes from a family of entrepreneurs and aspires to start his own agency someday. His dedication to insurance shines through in every customer interaction, as he educates them on protecting their income and assets. With his calming voice and subtle humor, Justin is a fantastic part of our amazing team.

Janine joined my office in January 2023 with experience in the home lending industry. She brings a range of skills, including a positive personality and creativity. Known as J9 around the office, she is sure to brighten your day when you call. Janine lives in Monument with her fiancé, Jacob, and enjoys home projects and outdoor activities in Colorado. She is passionate about supporting the military community, as her father and fiancé are veterans. Janine is also a high school volleyball coach with a determination to bring home the state title!

Dustin is a true insurance wizard, with over seven years of experience at State Farm. He is dedicated to learning the industry inside and out, ensuring his customers are properly protected by identifying coverage gaps and offering tailored options. As a family man himself, Dustin is particularly passionate about life insurance. He is happily married to Milena, and they have two children. On his days off, Dustin loves exploring Colorado, whether it's visiting Water World with his family, returning to his hometown of Pueblo, or enjoying the offerings of Denver and Colorado Springs. He is an avid sports enthusiast, closely following the Nuggets and Broncos. Dustin's expertise and zest for life make him an invaluable member of our team.

Mitchell joined Matt's office in August 2023 after working in claims for another carrier. Witnessing the impact of inadequate coverage on customers during difficult times, Mitchell realized the importance of having the right protection in place. He wanted to do more than just handle claims; he aimed to educate customers about their risks and the significance of comprehensive insurance coverage.

Mitchell, married to Bridget, now resides in Castle Rock after returning from California. While in California, he enjoyed beach time, playing with his dog, building his Instagram presence, and creating custom sneakers. Mitchell's passion for shoes is evident, as he always rocks the freshest kicks in the office.

Ian comes to Matt's office all the way from the beautiful state of Florida where he has spent the last ten years. Colorado was calling him home and so now he finds himself back in Colorado Springs with his wife who is a nurse manager and thier two kids, Cohen and Barrett. He is a graduate of Hoosier State, and enjoys protecting what matters most to you at an amazing value!

While in Florida, Ian worked for another State Farm agent, helping his customer mitigate the risks of some of the craziest weather and insurance market in the country. Ian is passionate about the Colorado outdoors and explaining gaps in his customers coverages so they can make informed decisions on what to do. So Hoos- your insurance agent going to be? Nobody better than Ian!

Ian joined Matt's office in February of this year after obtaining his insurance licenses so he could pursue and build a career in insurance. Ian enjoys helping his customers with their insurance needs by providing them with needs-based education.

Ian or "Bobke" as he is affectionately known around the grew up in Oconomowoc, WI. He loves competitive sports and played soccer for 15 years. Ian also loves the winter and is an avid skier and snowboarder to enjoy the snow.Ian moved to Colorado a year ago after visiting and falling in love with the mountains and changing weather. In his free time, he enjoys spending time golfing, hiking, and exploring new places throughout the state of Colorado!
