"I worked with James Gorden II at the Matt Fitzpatrick agency. James took over an hour to guide me through all of the home an auto options for my home and 3 cars. He was quick to respond to emails and texts. All and all the process was as smooth. I evened up getting better home and auto coverage than I previously had and the kicker is he ended up saving me $4K from my previous provider."

"I had an amazing experience working with Dustin Marshall at Matt Fitzpatrick State Farm! I initially reached out for an auto insurance quote and ultimately decided to move forward with both auto and life insurance policies. Dustin was absolutely fabulous. "Dustin, a State Farm agent here in Colorado Springs, did a great job providing me and my wife with the auto coverage we needed for several hundred dollars less than our previous insurer. "Do not get insurance here if you actually expect any level or service or protection from your insurance. I was aware of a fraudulent claim that would be made against me in mid December, I continued to contact this office and let them know to expect the claim. In January they paid the fraudulent claim. A week later the claimant accepted fault and now State Farm is trying to get their money back. Because this was such a mess I asked to speak to Matt (the business owner) to understand why things progressed they did and I was told Matt isn’t available to speak to customers. I’ve been try to set up a meeting with him for 2 weeks now and the business owner is still unavailable to meet with a customer. Each time I call this office I speak with a different person, none of which are aware of a claim or can share details of my case. Then if I leave a voicemail, then I get a text back. It’s impossible to actually speak with someone who is a knowledgeable insurance agent who can help or answer questions."
